This was the 39th year of the Ohio Star Ball (OSB) held at the Hyatt Regency in Columbus, Ohio. Fordney Foundation was present to give the awards to the dancers who have been competing and accumulating points for 12 months.

2016 WDC World Professional 10 Dance Championship: Latin Section

What a pleasure it was to be a part of the Grand National DanceSport Championships, hosting the World 10 Dance for the second time. And what an exciting event it was! A high overall level of dancing made it a difficult job for the judges and produced a real thriller for the audience.

I could say I started dancing as a child when my next door neighbor Billy and I tried to Jitterbug in my living room to music from a TV commercial, or maybe when in my teens when my brother’s crowd came over for a party in our row home basement but the girls were mad at the boys.

The Last Leg!

The Nashville Starz was the host competition for the last leg of the Star American Smooth Tour, where one of the couples will take $25,000.00 and there are prizes down to 12th place with a total of close to $60.000.00.
